Carriage is FREE to mainland UK, £6.95 to Europe (inc Switzerland & Ireland) & £9.95 to the rest of the world including Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A and Canada. Nookie The Paddling Company will usually despatch your order from within 1 working days of receiving your order. It will be sent directly to you. Please allow upto 3 working days to receive your order which will be sent via a standard tracked Royal Mail or UPS service. For International orders (outside of the UK mainland) this may take upto 7 days depending upon destination and internal postal systems.
We can track your order from the UK and give you as much information as necessary if there are any delays.
Additional costs may sometimes apply to shipping to US states and District of Columbia, Canada and South America (Releasing from Customs for example). The customer will be responsible for these costs.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are unused. They must be returned in original packaging with labels intact. It is your responsibility & duty to take a reasonable care to ensure that Nookie The Paddling Company receives the product as per order documentation you receive and that the products are not damaged in transit.
When returning a product to us, you are responsible for all costs of return. We also recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. You have the right to cancel within 7 days of the contract with Nookie The Paddling Company or 7 days of the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you do decide to return the goods you will have your payment returned within 7 days of our receipt of your goods (excluding carriage).
To return your goods please package them safely (If returning a Drysuit please follow the instructions available at www.nookie.co.uk/assassin ensuring you DO NOT BEND THE ZIP).

Nookie The Paddling Company offers a 1 year warranty (with an EXTENDED 2 YEAR* WARRANTY OPTION) on all the products we sell at our online store. Please see www.nookie.co.uk/warranty for full details. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund for any defective item you wish to return.
If you're not satisfied with the fit, quality, colour or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or colour. We will gladly exchange any item that you're not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return
Items purchased from Nookie The Paddling Company Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at any retail location.
Please note that if you contact us after the specified times above you will not be able to cancel your contract or any related terms attached. If the product (a) has been sent to you incorrectly in error by us or (b) is damaged (c) does not conform to its description (d) is not fit for purpose or (e) is not of satisfactory quality or it is considered defective, unless the damage is caused to the product once it is in your possession whereby liability is beyond our responsibility. Any products that you deem to be defective should be returned to Nookie The Paddling Company as soon as possible, and within 30 days of delivery at the latest. 6. Please note that any items returned to us found not to be faulty or incomplete by our affiliate suppliers despite claims by yourself, will be returned to you. We shall thereafter be entitled to charge you for the return delivery costs using your original payment methods. In the event that your credit card is declined or has expired, we will hold the product(s) until full consideration has been made by you. All items that you return to us are at your own risk. We therefore strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to Nookie The Paddling Company. You need to check that your despatch is correctly addressed, packaged securely and carried by a reputable carrier.
